How the Process Works: 

01 | Fill out our design questionnaire. 

02 | Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email confirming that we received your questionnaire, along with a link to schedule our 20 minute video consultation call.  During the call we will chat about your project, answer any questions you may have, do a quick run through of our design process & make sure we are the right fit for your project.

03 | After our call we will give you some time to make sure we are the right fit for you & we will send you a formal proposal for your project, which will include price & an estimated start date. If you are ready to move forward-GREAT! If not, no hard feelings!  

04 | You'll get a link to your own client portal with access to your Welcome Packet, design agreement, any invoices, and your Photo & Measurement Guide.  

05 | You'll work through your homework & then we will get started on the design process. 

THE DESIGN PROCESS

After our design consultation call we will begin working on your design! You should expect to receive Version #1 of your design board within one week, and you'll be able to provide feedback at that time. Anytime you send an email with questions or feedback, you will receive a response within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Timely responses from you will ensure the best experience as well, and with good communication, we can put together the design plan in just a couple of weeks!*

06 | We will send your Version #1 of your Room Design Board to get your feedback and ideas before we start working on Version #2.

07 | Once we have completed Version #1 and #2 of your room design boards, they will be delivered to your inbox for you to look over & approve.

08 | Once you approve the designs, you will receive a digital version of the design in your client portal.  You’ll be able to shop directly from the shopping list through the digital version.  Simply click on the link, add to your cart. Purchase everything at once, or use it as a Master Plan and buy items one-by-one. Pull together your room on your schedule and budget, without ever leaving home. You can order your entire room without ever leaving home.

09 | After you have bought & received all of your items, we will schedule a 60 minute Follow Up Call to go over any remaining questions (and so we can admire the space together).

10 | Now it’s time to celebrate and enjoy your new  space. We couldn’t have done it without each other. And now that we’re virtual design friends, let us know when you’re ready for the next room and we’ll do it all again!

*Note: If there is a lapse in communication of greater than 30 days without notifying me of the need for extra time, Southern Farmhouse Designs reserves the right to close the project and charge a $25 reopening fee. This fee must be paid prior to continuing the project.
