Need to bounce ideas off of an expert for your space?  A design consultation is perfect if you’re ready to do the work, but need help to get started. I will spend 2 hours with you in your home, taking notes, answering questions, offering suggestion & helping you create a design plan. After our meeting, you will receive a detailed copy of my design notes of all of the things we discussed. You won’t get design boards or product sourcing with this consultation. (If you are interested in that, our e-Design or Rooms To Go services would be ideal for you!)

Cost of Service: $425 within a 30 mile radius of Tomball (Small travel fee for those outside of the 30 mile radius. Appointments are limited.)



If you’re building or remodeling a home, we know the decision fatigue can be overwhelming! What if you make the best choices you can, but the paint selection totally clashes with your countertops? What if you picked light fixtures that caught your eye, but doesn’t illuminate your space the way you pictured? (And these are only a few of the endless decisions that you’ll be making!)

Our new build & remodel consultations begin with a 2 hour initial design meeting, a $425 investment.  During this meeting we will discuss all aspects of your new home or remodel--from paint, tile, flooring, floor plan & layout ideas to help you create a design plan. 

Throughout the new build & remodel process we will walk you through the process of building from scratch or updating your tired home. My team and I will skillfully guide you through the process so that you choose finishes & selections that will bring your vision to reality, and compliment your space. You won't spend hours of your time walking through showrooms & warehouses narrowing down your selections; we will do all of the hard work and present you with options so you can see everything come together beautifully.

You will receive a custom design board with all aspects of the designs noted, as well as material sourcing.

A New Construction & Remodel Consultation requires minimum fee of $1250 & must be paid in full before design work can begin. Once 10 hours of work has been completed, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $125 per hour. (This investment includes any travel fees to your site, meetings on site with you or your contractor, craftsmen, etc.)

We enjoy working very closely with you on every aspect of your new home. We will keep in contact through frequent emails, phone calls, texts and on-site visits as needed to keep the project on track and to provide support every step of the way.



Our e-design process is set up to be the easiest most cost effective way for our clients to get the rooms they want without a ton of running around to stores & scouring the internet for the perfect pieces for their space. Online design packages are available to anyone no matter where you live. You will have the opportunity to transform the look of your home in a way that fits your style, timeline, and budget - from shoestring to designer heels, as it were!

 After consulting with my team and I, we will create a design board for you with all aspects of the designs noted.

The turnaround time for e-design varies based on how much attention your space needs (many rooms take approximately two weeks with good client communication!). Once the design plan is complete, you will receive: your designs via our e-design platform, two versions of you room design, floor plan, shopping list, & detailed instructions on how to put your room together. And we don't just leave you hanging, your design package includes a follow up call to answer any questions you have.
